Its a good tool. now unto the instructions. BACKUP! BACKUP! BACKUP! now that we have gone through the hard part, now unto the easy stuff Create a api administrator role (setup->Administrator roles -> create an new role giving it api access only, you can call it api admin) create an administrator and call it what ever you like example api_user enter your server ip address in the API IP Access Restriction located (setup->general settings->security -> located at the bottom and save it. Unzip this download file and rename the folder that is unzipped to importcsv How to Use: Upload your CSV file to the folder csvfiles inside the unzipped folder. Modify the file importcsv.php with your values in the line 19: then upload it to your WHMCS INSTALLATION DIRECTOR/modules/admin and place the folder right here. replacing the words WHMCS INSTALLATION DIRECTORY with the actual installation path to your whmcs installation. Go to setup->addon modules and activate importcsv and configure the necessary access. go to addons->import csv. I had some issues with the type of csv file so i selected microsoft windows csv and use a comma as the separating value. when you select the file that you uploaded in the csvfiles folder then hit next. the information should look uniformed. select the columns as it relates to your excel file in the columns 1-10. You must ensure to put something in the state, postal address, telephone number, email address or it will not complete. Please note that an email will automatically be sent to each user in the list and there is no option to disable it. Thats pretty much it. I hope this guide was helpfull.
