After verifying your license is paid up to date and ACTIVE within our cPanel licensing servers, please try running the following command to re-SYNC your cPanel license to the HostingJamaica licensing servers.
The following script should be run inside your server's SSH, while logged in as ROOT: /usr/local/cpanel/cpkeyclt
Please remember, cPanel requires the use of a full-qualified hostname (server.domain.com) to identify your server. If this has not been set on your server you may also see a 'license expired message' within your cPanel or WHM. To check if you have a fully qualified hostname, run the 'hostname' command within SSH to check your server's hostname. To set a hostname type 'hostname yourserver.yourdomain.com'. Your hostname should also be registered in local DNS at your datacenter provider.
Make certain your cPanel licensed IP address is the MAIN (base) IP ADDRESS on your machine under ETH0.
