To add a custom logo to your SharePoint site, log into SharePoint with your Admin ID and password, and perform the following steps:
- First you must upload the logo/image to your Picture Library. If you have not yet created a Picture Library, please see the article "Create a SharePoint Picture Library." Open the Picture Library.
- Click the Upload button.
- Click the Browse button.
- Locate the logo, and click the Open button.
- Click the OK button.
- Enter additional image details such as Title, Description, and Keywords, as desired, and click the OK button.
- In the Picture Library, click the image.
- Right-click the image and select Copy Shortcut.
- On the right side of the screen, click the Site Actions button, and select Site Settings.
- In the Look and Feel section, click the Title, description, and icon link.
- Right-click in the URL box and select Paste.
- Enter a description, as desired, and click the OK button.
